Hi Parents,
Need some help!
Can you pls give me ideas for venues for a 4 yr old's B'day? Also...any information on anyone who specializes in B'day cakes would be greatly appreciated.
This is the first time we are having my daughters B'day in HK & are in a fix on what to do. Thanks for all your replies....

When is the birthday? How many people kids/adults are you inviting?

If the weather is nice you can have a beach party. For an indoor party, perhaps a friend can book a function room in their building's club house or at a club. Here's a list of some other indoor venues and party supplies/cakes:

Our son's parties are nomally 2 hrs and include free play, 2 games, 2 arts/crafts and snacks and cake time.

Party entertainers, charge around $1800/for 2 hrs.

there are many playgroups or kids center offering party service. Usually around 2 hrs including kids games & activities. Most of the time, u are to prepare the snacks and cakes.

some people will book function rooms in clubs or their residential club house.

i know a cake shop can do 3D cake and price is cheap
charge around 100 per 1 lb
but locate at Tsuenwan.

i don't mean to go on about this place, but since you asked.. jwtumbles gym was the venue for our son's 5th birthday bash and it was a mega hit. i have had so many parents tell me their kids want their own parties there and it was the best they've ever been to. i brought fruits, donuts, spring rolls (for parents) had coffee delivered, and had happy meals delivered. voila! fab party! relaxed mommy!
