Birthday cake-good value for money

Hi All,

I am looking for a birthday cake for my daughters second birthday. I have done some research on this forum as well
The thing is that I dont want to spend too much on this.

Can someone please suggest me a good delicios kid birthday cake , 4 lb in 300-350 hk$ range. i live in tung chung but location is not problem. wpould like to get some disney character shape made

4 lbs with a disney character at 300-350.00 will be difficult u should try one of the local bakeries they will do it cheaper than the cake shops listed on this website

anything between 150-200 per lb. We are getting 5 lb marble cake for our sons birthday next week from cakealicious. u can try truly scrumptious.com, sweet secrets. these are cheaper than complete deelite which is expensive and not very good( personal choice)

To make it cheaper u can take one flavour

Or cook one... 2-year olds don't care how beautifully it is decorated - they just want the sugar...
 
Print your favorite Disney Image and take it to Complete Deelite. They do photo icing images and it costs $100. All you need to do is put it on yr homemade cake. You can decorate the sides with chocolate and sprinkles.

need a delicious one. seems I will have to pay more than what I had initially thought

in fact, there's a lady in DB that makes wonderful melt-in-your-mouth cakes! Her name is Vina or Nina - her number is 2987 5217. Her decoration is pretty good , too, but in some cases, you need to give her a picture of what you want. Try her. A couple of friends have ordered from her for children's birthday parties and really, i love her cakes. HK Island people order from her but the cake has to be picked up at the DB pier here in Central.
