Birthday at Disney

My LO turns 3 soon and it's kind of late to organize a birthday party for her plus she gets to have one at her nursery class.

So we are thinking of spending a night at Disney on the weekend of her birthday. Do you know if I can have anything special planned for her there? Like have one of the characters come and blow a birthday cake with her at one of the hotel restaurants? Anyone done this before?
 
Yes, if fact we went to a friend's daughter's Bday lunch buffet at the Disney Hotel (I believe it was at the Enchanted Garden). Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy were there to take photos and staffs sang the Bday song for the Bday gal. Quite a nice experience!
 
I have checked with HK Disneyland hotel, Enchanted Garden, they have the buffet and the one with characters to take photos. If you order the birthday cake from them, it has higher priority to arrange the characters come and blow a birthday cake, however, all depend on how busy on the date. BTW, if you have the annual pass, you can get 20% discount for yourself and 7 guest.
