Bilingual kindergartens on HK side

Any bilingual kindergartens (other than Victoria) on HK island that can pave the way to either international or local primary schools?

There's Tutor Time in Tai Tam. They do 50/50 in English and Mandarin. My son goes there and thoroughly enjoys himself. He's also been able to pick up Mandarin since attending Tutor Time (and we don't speak it at home).

They supposedly have a good entry record into international primary schools.

Not strictly HK Island, but there's Rightmind in Ap Lei Chau. Putonghua & English.
