I'm looking for a prenatal exercise class. I'm aware of the yoga and pilates classes out there, I'm more looking for something that incorporates a cardio/weights element.
During my last pregnancy in Australia I attended a class that was like body pump but done on fit balls to put less stress on the body.
Is there anything like this in Hong Kong?
