Best international kindergartens

Is HKIS the best international kindergarten in Hong Kong? Which ones are the best, according to those of you who have tried and now learned? One of my friends tried Victoria and was impressed at first, but she was disappointed after enrolling. Any other experiences?

i highly recommend Highgate House. My daughter & I are going there now (mother &child group, but it's a kindergarten) & have been for 1 year. we both love it there & cannot imagine not going. 100% love & 100% organic (well, maybe 98% organic!!)
 
It's hard to say which one is the best as different people have different expectations, standards, values.
For my experience, my son studied nursery in Tutor Time Tai Tam last yr and KI now. So far, my husband and I are very satisfied, while my son enjoyed his school life a lot. I am pregnant again now, and we will send our second kid to this school again.

Why disappointed with Victoria ?
