Best disposable nappies for newborns.

Hi There,

Just wondering which disposable nappies are the best for newborn? I've been looking in the supermarket and have mainly seen Pampers swaddlers, Pampers newborn and Huggies newborn. Can anyone recommend the best ones based on experience.

Thanks in advance!

Pampers swaddlers for breastfed babies. Otherwise either pampers or huggies, differents nappies work for different babies, best to get a small pack of each and try.

I'm a fan of the pampers swaddlers. My 6 week old baby has had no leakage problems at all with them, even when he has had explosive poos.

Another vote for swaddlers, but i only use it at night time as it's more expensive. Ordinary huggies or pampers for day time. I will be using reusable nappy in a month's time.

I also like the swaddlers, but they are more expensive. I think for real newborns, it doesn`t matter too too much since you are changing diapers around the clock anyway. but the swaddlers are much softer than the regular newborn pampers, which are also very nice. I have never used huggies bc they`re more expensive and I think for less count too.

we tried both and liked huggies better! i originally (before birth) wanted to use cloth but i now cannot believe the amount of diapers we're going through and can't imagine how to survive with cloth...
