My son has joined BC In Kowloon Tong since Jul 2007. We are happy with it. What would you like to ask?

How old is your son? I'd like to send my son there when he become 1.5 years old. Is it too early to attend the school? I know the teachers are speaking either English or Mandarin in the class. Can your son speak in English and Mandarin at home too?
 
I also intend to send my child to Best Concept when he turn 1.5 years old. Could Kate share more of your experience with us? Thanks!
 
PM class starts at 1530 and it fits to my boy's PM nap (noon). AnpanBaby: will your baby stay in the center until going to the Primary school?

Your question is on my mind for quite some time. Of course, the foremost criteria would be whether my boy would like the program or not. Another thing I would think about is which stream of schools I intend to send him to. What about u?

Traditional primary school, e.g. PLK schools or Alliance Primary school. He is still too small. It depends on his character. However, I will keep using Montessori teaching at home. Therefore, I think that it is important to equip myself first.
 
Your baby is soooo fortunate to have such a nice and devoted Mom!! I'm now still in the stage of reading Montessori-related books. Still pondering on whether to take the ymca course / infintiy children's parent course weighing the time+energy required. Based on my reading, it seems quite difficult in wholly applying the Montessori's theory for my baby, e.g. the Mont setting at home is already a big headache for me. What do you think??

I have attended a short course in HKCU conducted by an instructor from infintiy children 兒童無限蒙特梭利香 港. However, I thought it was "so so" and I have not completed it (only 4 sessions).

I have requested to reserve a Montessori room in my new home.:cheers:
