Best Bakery: Cakes, cupcakes & cookies

What the best bakery is in Hong Kong?

When I say bakery, I mean dessert bakery making cakes, tarts, cupcakes and cookies. I have no clue if this even exists here, but would love to know!
 
If you want real french bread, delicious cakes and bakery, you have Robuchon on the last floor of Landmark... but they have no cookies or cupcakes.
 
Sift dessert bar (two locations - one at 47 Graham Street, Central and one in Horizon Plaza) has fabulous fluffy cupcakes in great flavors and other yummy baked goods.

Mandarin Oriental cake shop has some great mini cakes/tarts and some good breads/brioche as well.
