We plan to take some days off on the first week of December and go to some relaxing place with our two young kids (2 and 4 years old). We were wondering where is the best place to go in terms of season (warm enough to take a bath at the beach) and distance (no more than 3 hours flight). I was thinking of Phuket or Koh Samui but I am not sure about the weather in December.
Any recommendations? A place with some cultural/entertaining spots around (not only beach) would be ideal.
