Be aware if u buy things at Gateway

I bought a box of variety chips at Gateway. We found out the chips were not crispy after we had eaten for some bags. Then we found that the expiry date was on July so I called the store. The lady asked me to go back there for exchange. When I got there a few days later, she said it was too late for exchange. I argued with her that they sold expired food so they should suppose to exchange it and she refused. I was really mad and I wanted to know what else can I do?
 
check the dates before you buy. that's about all you can do. that holds true with any food store in hk though.
 
That is so gross! I can't believe they were then so stupid as to not give you a refund and a sincere 'I don't know how that could have happened'. Please complain and let them get a slap on the wrist as they are showing so little care for us, their customers.
