Hi
I am on 20's week, carryinhg twins, and having some back and leg pains

do need a reccomendation on a good and helpfull treatment

Have been trying the Federique once - which was good but not too cheap

any information on Pre-Natal Yoga is appreciated as well

you can try a local place called sunny paradise in wanchai lockhardt road where you have to tell them your pregnant and they will find someone who is trained for pregnant women. also supple some local snacks for you.

Hi talp,

I had foot massage/reflexology once to twice a week (1.5 hours each session) when I was pregnant with my 1st baby. Not just that it helped to avoid having leg cramps and water retention, it also feel sooooo good! I used to go to the place in Central call Happy Foot (next to escalator, 20 yards down from Dublin Jack). My favourite masseur there is "Fong".

As for pre-natal yoga, I highly recommend Robin's class at Yoga Central. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, plus the fact that she was pregnant at the same time as me so she really understand what you are going through.

Good luck with the pregnancy.

Hi,

I have twin baby girls. When I was pregnant with them last year, I had the same problems - back pain, leg cramps & many sleepless nights.

My doctor suggested me to do some yoga (which I never got around to do) and swimming. Since it was hot summer time, I went for swimming every alternate days..and it did work. You may want to try that and see if it works for you too. Good Luck.
