Hi, does anyone else here buy baby stuff online from Baby Central Online Baby Store I have been ordering baby food and toys from them for a while and never had problems. But recently I ordered a baby bike. It never arrived despite the website says the item is under fast shipping terms and normally arrives the day after. Now it has been more than one week. I sent a few emails to them but never received any responses, and the website doesn't provide a tel number to call.
Obviously the loss of money is an issue - it is an expensive bike, but I also feel hugely dissappointed as the bike was supposed to be my son's bday gift and I had to get him something else last minute.
Has anyone experienced same problems with the website? Is there anything that I can do at least to get my money back? Thanks a lot in advance.
