Hi everyone,

Just wondering where is a good place to shop for baby stuff or could you suggest any websites that you've seen that is good.

Stanley Market has great baby clothes and things and really cheap. I love the fact that they carry brands like Oshkosh, Carters and Baby Gap.

There's a shop right next to H&M in Central called the Eugene Group. If you take a lift up, you'll find everything you need, from strollers to bottles and baby clothes.
 
mothercare just launched their HK website - http://mothercare.com.hk/.

Eugene's doesn't have an online website, but their store is so stroller friendly something that Bumps 2 Babes has to fix!! Eugene's staff is the rudest so I would suggest you know exactly what you want there.
 
Also Eugene has only probably one staff who speaks english so it can be quite difficult if u are looking for something Specific
 
yeah, i went in for an eyedropper (no meds wanted, just the dropper!) and it took my 30 minutes to explain to 3 different staff members only to be told, "sorry... no"
 
Really guys? I was there saturday and had excellent customer service. I sometimes have a language barrier at Eugene, but staff have always been quite friendly, certainly friendlier than B2B.
 
Has anyone tried to use shopinhk?

I send about 3 email to Orders and Sales asking about a product that was out of stock (since found in a shop in HK at a cheaper price), but I received NO replies to my email at ALL! I was really surprised by the lack of stock and lack of response.

Lucky u rebekah. Staff is friendly but they dont seem to understand and that can lead to frustration.

At B2B atleast that is not an issue. personally never had an issue with friendliness at B2B
 
I recently found a new shop in Central. Although they don't have all kinds of products like Eugene, they seem to have some quality organic items. The sales was nice. I visited their website and found it quite good as well. The website is www.mother-organic.com
 
I went on the Mothercare website. They don't have prices. What's the deal with that?
Yeah, Eugene is great, but I agree, the service is TERRIBLE. I really felt like they were angry at me for disrupting their life.
Babies r Us is great but their website is not. Only a brief summary of their products. Anyone been to the new/refurbished Shatin one?
 
Although Eugene has great variety of baby stuff, I don't buy anything there since they mark up so much more than the other shops.
 
Hey, try to check out Playtimes. They have mother and baby special this month and there is best of web section. But some of the websites are not in HK though.
