Baby seat belt

I normally use my Baby Bjorn on my 10 month old when travelling in taxis and buses in HK. He is starting to get too big for this and I was wondering if anyone knew of some sort of seat belt etc (such as they use on airplanes) that I might be able to use instead?
What does everyone else use?

Baby Bjorn for bigger babies & toddlers

You might try a hip hammock as well - has more uses than just attaching to a seat belt.

I will be traveling to Hong Kong with my 6 month old child in May and was seeking information on Car Seats and traveling through HK with a baby. I tried to follow this thread and it's no longer available... could you repost it or giev me insight on the best palce to find information on this subject?
