Apart from Bumps to Babes, does anyone know where I can set up a baby gift registry in Hong Kong? Or elsewhere that will shop to HK?

Avoid them. Create a better registry. There's a market for that still in Hong Kong. I used them for my wedding registry. They still owe me HKD1500 for gifts that my friend purchased for our wedding. I sent 3 emails and left several voicemails. Radio silence - no answer whatsoever. Crooks.
