I would go to an osteopath in that case. Nathlie Tellier at IMI is good as is In?s De Beer at Annerly both specialize in babies and kids. There are several others in HK, mostly in the Central area.

Thank you both - I've made some changes around the home and little one seems to be much better already - I may have been over-worrying as usual. I'll keep these names just in case though.
