baby passport photo

where can i go to get our baby's passport photo taken? she's only 3 mos and can't sit yet.

Have a read through this thread. I took D's passport photo. I just covered his bouncy seat with a white bed sheet, took around a dozen shots. Burnt the best one on a disk and took it to the photoshop to print.
