Maybe see an allergist. If baby is really allergic to hyperallergenic formula, maybe relactating would be the best option. What type of allergy reaction is he having?
HA formula unfortunately doesn't mean that the milk (formula) has been stripped off all allergens during the manufacturing process.. So I would go and see the pediatrician to see if he's able to recommend a suitable formula for your baby..
Have you gone to see a paediatrician yet to discuss the problem? There are soy milk and goats milk based formulas that can be used if baby is not tolerating the cows milk based formula.
