Baby Gift From Hong Kong

A few friends from home (the US) have recently had 2nd babies. I want to send gifts but am trying to think of gifts from Hong Kong that can't be bought in the US. (And not clothes from Stanley.) The only thing I could think of is the Hippy Chick as I have never seen this in the US.

Any Ideas?

The silk shoes for baby from Shanghai Tang are very nice too. They even have "left" and "right" in Chinese on it and in various colour.
 
There are Shanghai Tang stores in the U.S...

I'm thinking of having the child name written in Chinese, and maybe one for the big brother/sister too, but again you can also get that in the U.S...
