Hi guys, LO will be celebrating her 1 st birthday soon and we are throwing a grand party. I am looking for a nice bouncy sparkly tulle dress in bright colors. Any idea where I can find party dresses ? Thanks in advance

19F place is great. Or the stall in the Lanes right down the Des Voeux Rd end. Lovely party dresses for kids.
