baby born - 5.8 kgs!

I met a Chinese Lady at the immigration office at Wai Chai some months back. She was holding a baby and i asked " 5 months old?' she said " No, 12 days'!!! She said her baby girl was born 12.8lbs - natural in Kwong Wah Hospital; I almost fainted!! She said the nurse told her the last baby born more than 12lbs was 12 years ago!

I really feel for her. My son was 4.75kg and I couldn't sit down for weeks. My hips ached so much and lying down was also painful.

Oh the poor woman...
