I live in mei Foo Sun Chuen which is just next to manhattan hill and my daughter is 14 months. By playgroup, do you mean like a play date or a more organized class session?
I note this is an old post and probably your kids have now grown up already!
May I ask whether you know if there are any organized playdates/playgroups in Manhattan Hill? I live in Mei Foo and is looking for playgroups in the area for my 1 year old son.
