Looking to meet other moms and kids? Mingling Moms meet once a month for coffee/tea and fun conversation at a kid-friendly venue.

No Registration Form is required but please do RSVP with coordinators.

Hi Rani

We are moving to Hong Kong from New York in June this year and are considering living in Pok Fu Lam. Is the group mingling moms still active, as we would like to meet other moms in the neighbourhood. My son will be two years old when we move.

Do you also have recommendations on which buildings are good in the area. We are looking for a three bedroom with swimming pool facilities.

Hi Jinal,

The group is no longer active but not to worry its easy to make friends once you get here. Pok Fu Lam is a very kid friendly area, and you will meet other families in the playground or at other activities. Or just post a note here and we'll organize something.

Buildings in Pok Fu Lam that have a pool and 3 bedrooms include: Belcher's, Bel Air, Baguio, Victoria Gardens, Scenic Villas, Greenery Gardens, Aqua 33. I'm sure there are a few more.

Glad to hear it's a good area for young families. Thank you for you suggestions for potential buildings we you could look at.

My husband will be working in central, is it easy to get to from Pok Fu Lam? We noticed there is no MTR station.

I also wanted to ask you about pre-schools in the area.

I noticed woodlands and sunshine. Do I need to get on a waiting list for either of them of can I apply to it once I'm there?
