Australian doctor in HK

We are moving to Australia (Sydney) fairly soon, and I was wondering if anybody can recommend me a doctor here in HK wo is VERY FAMILIAR with the Sydney immunization schedule, so I can get all the shots done for my kids before we move.

It is important that this doctor REALLY KNOWS about immunization schedules, because one of my kids has shots from 3 different countries already, so you can immainge how difficult things are for us in that respect.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks!
 
We are also moving to Australia next week and I took our 3 month old to see Dr Ken Chan for his vaccinations as I also wanted him on the Aussie schedule from birth. Dr Ken Chan has worked in Sydney and is aware of the Australian vaccination schedule but I also printed it out from the Australian government website.

Note:

Pneumococcal vaccine is funded under the NIP for children born from 1 January 2005.
Four doses of Hib vaccine are due at 2, 4, 6 and 12 months of age when 'PRP-T Hib' containing vaccine is used.
Meningococcal C vaccine is funded under the NIP for children born from 1 January 2002.
Varicella vaccine is funded under the NIP for children born from 1 May 2004.
Rotavirus vaccine is funded under the NIP for children born from 1 May 2007.
Three doses of Rotavirus vaccine are due at 2, 4 and 6 months of age when RotaTeq vaccine is used.

Thanks a lot for the schedule. I do have it, but what I really need is a doctor who knows what he is doing. Thanks for the tip from karmah1. :)
 
Hello, the other option would be to simply have the shots in Australia? There is nothing you need to actually enter the country. All Aussie GP's will do them for you, and its easy to get appointments. You can then be sure they are using the most up to date schedule.
