Attachment parenting mums out there?

Are there any attachment parenting mums out there, bed sharing, still breastfeeding on demand past 1 year and so child focused that you don't have time to socialize even when you are with other mums? Looking for some support/friendship from like-minded mums and AP playmates for my 13 month toddler.
 
I didn't set out to follow attachment parenting, but sort of fell into what you describe naturally. My daughter is 15 months, would love to meet up sometime.
 
Didn't really think of myself that way, but when you put it in those words then yes I do fit the profile. I co- sleep my 22 month old (Totally against CIO) and don't plan to stop anytime soon, breastfed till I was pregnant with our second but did it on demand for almost 14 months and no I haven't been out after 7 pm for the last 2 years almost.
 
My super high need boy is 15m and I am a super tired AP mom. But I guess you just get used to it after a while. I was living in hell before he turned one but things have gotten better these days.
 
?'m still breastfeeding and co-sleeping with my 12.5 month old and would be happy to meet with others doing similar. But I do have a helper since 2 months ago and can get away for a few hours a day at the moment which makes things much easier.
 
Wow, amazing! I am really happy to hear that I am not alone. I also did not set out to do AP but fell into it naturally like Nino. And like Geomum, I haven't been out past 7pm in 13 months and don't see it happening anytime soon. Do you all know other AP mums like yourselves? I have yet to meet a mum here who hasn't done some form of CIO (which I also would never do) and I'm the last one in my group who is still breastfeeding. I'd love to meet up with any or all of you. How is this Saturday (morning or early afternoon)??? If the weekend isn't good, how about Monday or Tuesday morning (Feb 1/2) or Wednesday afternoon (Feb 3)?
 
Weekdays would be better for me. Also have not been out past 7pm yet for over a year and don't see how I can for the foreseeable future!

Monday morning would be good for me. But where would we meet with the little ones? I'm in Kowloon, are you all on HK island?
 
I'm in Midlevels on HK island side. If we meet in Kowloon, how about meeting at Elements? That way can meet either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. Can you get to it easily?
 
Elements sounds great! Weekdays are also better for me - we can pretty much do any day, but prefer Mon/Wed/Fri. See you soon.
 
OK, Elements it is! How about Monday at 10am? We've been having 1 nap a day recently around 11:30/12 and would like to get back home for it so we could meet for about an hour this time. Where shall we meet? Probably inside in case of rain and then we can go out if the weather is nice. How about just at the top of the escalators that go from the MTR entrance/exit up to the mall (where 360 supermarket is just to the left when you get to the top of the escalators)?

I won't be able to join you this time, sorry, but hopefully when DS' schedule gets better in the future, I can come out and MEET PEOPLE! Have fun!
 
I'd love to meet up next time too if that's ok! I am breastfeeding my 19 month old and we also co-sleep, babywear and use cloth nappies. My older son is at pre-school every morning so I can't get over to kowloon and back in time to collect him so afternoons would work better for us! Looking forward to meeting you.

Hi. I would also love to meet some other mom's that BF, co-sleep past the first year. my daughter is now 18 months and we BF and co-sleep. I usually work in the afternoons, but i can change my timing if i know in advance. Please let me know when you guys meet up next.
 
riseandshine and guggi08, if you are on the HK side, I'd be happy to meet you at a place convenient for you (morning or afternoon, as I am not working). How about this Thursday morning? Maybe nino could meet us too because she is also on the HK side.
 
I can't meet Thursday morning, but Thurs afternoon is ok or Friday morning or afternoon. Hope to meet some of you soon!
