Attachment parenting anyone?

Hi! My first time here,I have a 5months old boy,any parents here into attachment parenting ? R there any baby groups on hk into that? We live in Lantau island.

Have you found any meet up for AP mums?

I'm from Japan and AP is such a normal thing and is also something i love to do but it's hard to find a mom like that in HK especially it's so easy to hire a helper/ nanny here.

I'm wondering if you can share info with me if you have found any...
