Astrology Charts for Children?

An acquaintance of mine told me about a booklet of astrology charts she had made for her daughter. Does anyone know where to get these?
 
You can order it online at www.mypersonalhoroscope.com I ordered one for my brother's newborn baby and they really liked it. (My sister-in-law especially had a lot of fun reading it while breast-feeding!) It's nothing fancy but quite professionally done and the personalized wording is a nice touch
