Asking for a missing carseat part

We own a Graco infant carseat (restraint/carrier model ISPC080CA) purchased from Canada. One part of the car seat called "Locking Clip" is missing. This is a small metal piece that is tied to some types of car seat belts and is stored under the carseat. It looks like a "T" with another symmetric horizontal line at the bottom of the vertical line. I was wondering if anyone has this part and no longer needs it. We would also be willing to pay for the clip.

I don't know about in HK, but in canada you can buy those at walmart, Zellers, etc, they are pretty common, they are in the safety section, and I am pretty sure when I bought them, they were not "graco" specific (we also had a graco), just sold under a safetly brand name other name. Have you checked at a large baby supply store that also sells car seats?
