Are there any day care centres in Saikung that will take a 1 year old?

I am a studying mum, evening classes with studying during the day. We have terrible renovations going on next door that force us out of the house every day.

I am getting really behind in my work so starting to panic as I haven't been able to study for 3 weeks now. I can go and study at the library or the university but I can't really leave my baby (1 year old) at home because the drilling upsets him and he can't sleep.

Is there anywhere I can take him from 9-5 where he can play, eat and take naps? My helper could attend with him if they need an adult present.

Does anybody know? I'm desperate.
 
you could take him to LITTLE MONKEYS. you would need your helper there, though.... it is beside CURVES.

Thanks. I had a look at their website. My biggest problem, though, is finding somewhere for him to sleep as he cannot sleep through the noise at home. I was wondering whether there is a place that is more day care than play group, if you know what I mean..
 
where in sai kung do you live? you could have your helper bring him to my place. the helpers could chat when bub is sleeping.

the only problem is that we have a lot of dogs on the ground floor (they don't usually come upstairs though)....

i'm not always home as i have to go to work, but helper is usually here....
 
That is very kind of you Carang. This might go on for weeks though, so not really fair to take over your house!

I think in the meantime I will study in SK. My helper will bring my baby down at lunchtime and we'll try and get him to sleep in his push chair.
