Oh dear!!! I missed the opportunity to pick up an application form for my daughter to apply for K2 at Christ Church Kindergarten (for year 2008). Has anyone got a spare copy to give me - pleeeease? I was too busy at work and just could not get to the Kinder on time. Kindly PM me if you can help.
