Aplasia cutis - anyone experience it before?

I've post in another thread asking about Dr Sugunan. He diagnosed my baby's skin suffering from aplasia cutis. To be honest I've been to a couple of dermatologist or GP that is known to be good with skin problems, most of them said is skin infection.

Does any mummies out there have heard or have experience with it?

I want to see another pediatric or dermatologist that is good with babies.
