Sadly not in HK. Maybe order on Amazon and have it shiped? If you need it for Pregnancy related belly/body itches (even as sever as PuPPS) try Fanda Pharmacy on Pedder just past Des Vouex (near IFC Mall) and buy the PineTol (American Pine Tar) soap. WORKS WONDERS! Good luck.
