Anyone knows of any good part time helper

I really need an honest, hard working part time helper to cook and clean, and preferably good with baby. I would really really appreciate it if you could pm me should you know of anyone that fit the bill!

I use Homeasy Services http://homeasy.com/en/default.asp.htm They have been pretty good with sending part time helpers that clean up my place. Didn't use them for cooking of for kids as I don't have any. Drawback, the helpers speak Chinese but they do have translation checklist that you tick off what you want them to do in English and they would be able to do them. I rather use them as I know that they are legal part time helpers and have heard enough of horror stories to not to try 'illegal' part time helpers. On top of that with 'illegal' part time helpers if things go awry, there's no real recourse that you can take.
 
thanks sunniefaith, i called them up but they dont have any helpers that are in the pokfulam area :( they say they will try to find one for me but that may take some time.

if anyone know of any part time helper, please let me know.
i am so desperate.......please help
