Hello, I had a difficult pregnancy. I had PUPPP since Week 8 and needed to bed rest since Week 27. I was in such a lonely and dark place. I went searching for some help that could help me deal with my mood.
When I had PUPPP, I searched on website what to do about it. Most of the tips were physical. However, I was looking for emotional and not much was available.
Now I am thinking to share those techniques with my personal experience how to deal with the emotional challenges in a free talk. It will be combined with some Tian Yan Nei Gong that are suitable for women in this situation. I am wondering if any mum would be interested to join me.
It was a lonely process for me and I do hope my experience can help others in similar situation.
