Hi everyone,
I arrived from the Philippines two weeks ago and am delivering at QEH this September. I am a much older (!) mom-to-be and this is my first pregnancy.
I had a midwives pre-natal check-up done the other day and my next check-up (supposedly with a doctor this time round) is in two weeks.
My experience with the public system has been okay so far but as the day draws near, some nerves have begun to kick in...compounded by the fact that my partner, who is not a HK resident, won't be here literally until a day or two before the baby's expected arrival.
Anyone by any chance delivering their LO at the QEH in September too?
(As an aside, this forum has helped me a lot and am grateful to everyone for sharing what they know as well as their personal experience - so thank you!)
