Anyone due in March?

Hi Nav, I had planned to have natural but had to have a C-section in the end. Edwin was good- he never tried to push a c-section, which can happen a lot in Hong Kong as doctors prefer it. I know some other mums who had a natural birth with him and were also very happy

I am pregnant with a rainbow baby and am due mid Feb. Wanted to wait until the end of the first trimester until I joined this group.
I have joined the Facebook group as well and look forward to the next meet up!

Hi Nav, I'm pretty sure I will be able to make it. There is a small chance I may be going on a junk that day but I don't think I will go. Not sure I can face an all day junk without the drinking! Haha. Please keep me posted on details! X

Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a good preg supplement that includes folic acid and iodine? I've had the blackmore brand one but have run out and can't find that one in HK
 
I'm taking vitamin code by garden of Life which I ordered online from herb and it only took 4 or so days to reach me. They are suppose to be very good. I also take mumomega for the fish oil and get this from Healthy Delight in Stanley St or IMI also on Stanley St.

I was previously taking one from bumps to babes called vitabiotics pregnacare
