I have just joined the forum with my hub no. 2 due 30 Aug. I have an ergo carrier too and was thinking it would be too hot as well. Did you get any responses or decide on a cooler carrier?

Hi Jac I decided to get a Stokke MyCarrier Cool in the end after being in HK for a few weeks. This seems a new product launched especially for hot and humid countries. I think Ergo with inserts will be too hot for the summer.

Hi Ladies, I got a Moby sling to see me through the first couple of months when baby is tiny. I also have the Manduca but it would be way too hot for August. Hopefully it will cool down a bit by end of sept / October!

I'm due 25. August. Feel free to join our july-sept mix next tuesday at Cafe Pavillion, 17/F, Hopewell Center (Wanchai) at 11 am. Hi any mum experiencing lower back pain and period like pain? These symptoms started yesterday. I looked up on line and it seems some mums go into premature labour a few days afterwards. Scary!

Don't worry, call you doctor and tell him everything. I had this as well two weeks ago, the doctor suggested to stay home and relax for a while. It helped:)
