Any Singaporean mums here?

Hi All, congrats to all the lovely SG mummies, and especially to those expecting or delivered an SG50 baby. I moved here after getting married in Dec 2012. We started trying for a baby after a year in Sept 2013 and still no news now (missed the boat for SG50). I'm just wondering if anyone here has any recommendations for doctors for fertility treatments in HK? I did consider going back to SG for it but since both me and my hubby are working here, it made more sense to see one here. We are still young, I'm 31 and he's 33 but am anxious to get started soon with my first baby. After trying for almost 2 years I just want to check and see if there's anything wrong with me. It'll be great if anyone has recommendations for a doc. I'd prefer to start with non-invasive therapies if it is found that there's nothing wrong with both me and hubby. Thanks much!

Hi Starhaven,
You can try Dr Anthony Doo, was told that he is good but not cheap at all.

For SG mum looking for Chinese herbs, go to 樓上 for a reasonable price and quality.

Hi starhaven,
Try Dr Philip Ho. I have a friend who succeeded in IVF thru him. He is my obstetrician but unfortunately not delivering for me due to a change in insurance policy. Good news is that he is still practising gynecology and fertility treatment.

Thanks okbaby and sunstillshines. I searched this forum and read about both Dr Doo and Dr Ho. I called to make an appt with Dr Doo and was told the earliest appt is in Sept! He's so busy. I'll try calling to make an appt with Dr Ho tmr. In the meantime, where is 楼上?I'm also keen to try TCM if it turns out from the physical tests that both me and hubby are fine physically.

Hi All,

I'm a naturalized Singaporean, does that count? :) Would love to be added to the whatsapp group as well! I live in Tsuen Wan and have 2 kids (20 month and 4 yr old). Would love to meet some new friends!

hi, FTM Singaporean mom, SG50 baby born in May 2015 and I've moved together with my husband in Sept to HK for his overseas work stint for 6months. More than happy to meet fellow SG moms :)

Hi whimsicalfix, welcome to HK.
I doubt there is any whatsapp group chat started. We can start one that's for sure. You don't need a HK number for whatsapp. Send me a privtate message with your SG number.
