Any recommendations: Helper from now on/ latest January for newborn

i am looking for a helper from October or latest January for my newborn.

the helper should have experience with western families (ideally German), looking after newborns and should be trustworthy and responsible.

Have you had a chance to go through the classifieds on GeoExpat
https://geoexpat.com/classifieds/helpers/helper-available-full-time ? There are loads of helpers looking for work. Although it's nice to get a recommendation I've found what works for 1 family doesn't necessary work for another.
