Any recommendation of a good nanny/babysitter?

Hi, I have a 6-month old baby. I want to hire a nanny/babysitter Tue and Fri afternoon at around 12 noon to 4 p.m. I work from home and want someone can play with my baby while I am working. Flexible in time is required if we have dinner plans once in a while. Any good recommendation other than "Rent-A-Mom" or "Nanny Expert"?
 
you could try posting an ad locally in supermarkets or on gumtree for a private babysitter ? Or ask through your friends?

Where are you based? I'm looking for some pt work but only locally and I'm in Tuen Mun.
