Any Playgroups in Midlevels West?

Hello,

We moved to Hong Kong a week ago. My son will be two on the 16 this month. We will be moving in 2 weeks to midlevels west (Hospital Road). I was wondering if there are any playgroups currently in that area or is anyone interested in starting one?

Hi,

Welcome to HK! We have a small playgroup for 1-2 yr olds every Wednesday 3pm onwards. If it's a fine day, we meet up at the Albany playground near the HK Botanical Gardens. If it's a cloudy, dreary day, we meet up in a playroom (usually in our building).

Playgroup in Mid-Levels

There is a nice playgroup / pre-school in German and another one in Mandarin, very conveniently located in near Bot Garden and Escalator.
 
Thanks Birgit, my daughter is already attending a play group, i was looking for something informal where the kids meet and play and have fun together while mothers like me are working, do you know of such play group for 2 year old, please let me know.

Hi SHJ,
The one I am talking about is without moms. On purpose, as kids will learn better if the mother/helper isn't there.
I don't know which language you are looking for though. The one I know is doing German and the other one Mandarin. It's teaching basic language skills and gets the kids to interact with peers in one language only. It's ideal for pre-kindergarten and pre-schoolers. Would that help you?

Hi Simoneb, I've recently met a couple of Mums that live near/in Sheung Wan. One has a son that is around 20 months old. I live in Pokfulam and we've been kind of meeting informally for a couple of weeks in various places. I'm hosting a playdate with some Mums next Tuesday at my place.
