any natal hypnotherapy available in HK??

Have anyone tried NATAL HYPNOTHERAPY in HK to manage the fear or pain of birth?

i m due in 3 weeks, am hoping for a natural birth Vs an unnecessary C-section though i m phobic about the birth pain, but with a curved spine I am not sure if I can receive epidural. I have heard great things about NATAL HYPNOTHERAPY. Have anyone had a hypno course or coach that can share their info??

I did hypnobirthing at annerley (in central), though with 3 weeks to go you'll be cutting it fine! i'm sure there are other places that run hypnobirthing or similar classes. i think i read somewhere that you can do calm birth classes here as well (i think it's the australian version of hypnobirthing). If you don't have time to do the course, you could by the book Hypnobirthing, by Marie Mongan - there are also CDs, which i think come with the book, though i can't remember.

I also found prenatal yoga to be a big complement to hypnobirthing - both for breathing & keeping as comfortable as possible.
