I live in Tai Wai, I have a 8 month-old girl, if anyone who is able to meet up in shatin or tai Wai on Sats or Sundays, pls let me know. :)

a new playgroup centre has opened in Shatin with a huge playground area (6000'!). if you are interested, I will email you the details.
