Any moms staying in Sai Wan Ho

Hi everyone, Nice to meet you all here! It's so good to get to know some mommies and babies in this area.

Let me introduce myself and my toddler girl. I'm a stay at home mom working part-time and my turning 15 months old toddler girl is named Carissa.

Me and Carissa would love to come out and meet up. Pacific Coffee seems good, they have very comfy chairs. But anywhere is fine with me and afternoon hours seems to work better for me since I have to work in the mornings.

Or we could meet 10 am over next weekend Sat or Sun so that everyone can meet up???

I want to say something about myself too. I'm a local Hong Kong mother, but my family is in England. My parents always fly between HK - England to play with the grandchildren. But I haven't back to England since Audrey is born.

hello all,

I have heard so much positive reviews about Victoria School in Harbour Heights that I am seriously considering moving to Tai koo area when my lease expire within the next two months (presently we are staying in Central).

Although we have been in HK for the past 3 years , my geography knowledge on HK is still only limited to CENTRAL!!! So I really welcome the chance to either meet up to learn more about Tai koo area or to have your advice on this site as I am actually short on time (travelling back to home country i.e Singapore in about 2-3 weeks time and not returning till it is time to hand over the keys to current apartment!! ;(

BTW, my girl is 14 months... and I heard from a friend that I should be sending in application form to Victoria at Harbour Heights now for enrolling my girl into nursery when she turns two!

I work Tuesdays and Fridays (2 days a week).
So Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends are good for me.

Of course, proceed with planning and I will join on the days you guys don't meet!

But what time do you guys meet because, I work from home and can take an "early lunch" break from time to time (if you know what I mean) :wink:
 
Seems like all the kids are so young (small), my boy is already 2 years and 3 months. wonder if we are still welcome to join in any of the gathering. We are also staying in TaiKoo area.

I love that nickname too. It's been with me for ages.

So far, it's fine for me on 4th Sept 4pm right now, though my preferences is also in the morning weekday.

I am new to this thread. I have a 2.5 yr old girl and a 3mth old baby girl and will be moving to Sai Wai Ho this coming mid september. I guess i will miss the first gathering with everyone and would love to meet with you when i move to HK. Do keep me posted!
