Hi. I'm Japanese and I have 17 months old son.

I'm looking for Japanese playmates for my son. My husband is a Taiwanese-American so my son doesn't have a chance to hear Japanese much.

Also for me to chat with other mommys :)

hi all,

i'm a local chinese mom yet luv to meet with other Japanese moms for my 4mth old baby girl, so that she could meet babies and learn the language. and we live at TKO. meeting at hong kong side is fine with us.

i would like to introduce Shichida teaching to my girl too yet unfortunately only available through Japanese Int'l School.

hi, I am a Japanese mom with a 20 months old daughter. My husband is a Thai-American.
We had just moved to West Kowloon from NY in April.
At this point, we have no playdates for her nor myself. We are eager to meet anyone who has something in common.

I'm not Japanese, but I've just moved her from Tokyo after spending 5 years there. I speak conversational Japanese and my 2 1/2 year old daughter attended hoikuen for 2 years and speaks '2 year old' Japanese. I'd love to have the opportunity for her (and me!) to continue! We're in Tai Po at the moment and are moving to Tsueng Kwan O on July 20th.

btw can any Japanese mom advice me where can i put my 4mths old for real Japanese playgroup? i mean though operate by Japanese and attended by Japanese babies. tks a lot!

I have an 18th old son. I am 1/2 Japanese but speak english at home as my husband and I are from Canada. Would be nice to meet some Japanese moms in the Central/Midlevels area! (only because I have a 2mth old and can't travel too far from home just yet.)

I am Japanese and my son is 10.5 months old now. My husband is British so my son does not have much exposure to Japanese other than from me. I would love to meet up with other JP mums. Is there any gathering coming up soon? I live in Sai Kung area but willing to travel to HK side or any other places.

Does anyone want to meet up on July 28 (Mon) or 29 (Tues) in Central for coffee (for initial meeting to introduce each other)? If enough people is interested, I am willing to organize the gathering.

Hi, I hope I'm not too late...my nearly 8-month boy and myself would love to join! Though we may have something on both 28 and 29, we will try to jump in. Pls keep me posted when the time and place is decided.
 
I'll try and make it too if that's ok - please keep me posted. (Got a 2 month old as well as a 2 year old, so travelling can be tricky and I'm still new to Hong Kong !) Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately, Po Lum is really far for me.
I can't travel with my boy to get there at 10am.(Sorry,MaiYe.)
I prefer to have a meeting in Central or somewhere that the previous person proposed.
If you guys still are interested in having the meeting in Central next time,I would like to join you.

I too prefer to meet in central. I am free aug 11 at 3pm if that works for everyone else. How about IFC? There is a Starbucks, or we can go to the roof where they have restaurants and outdoor seating?
