I had a site visit earlier. The centre is not big. But bright and neat. I guess it is run by a very young lady (looks like mid 20 and not older than 30). It is really hard to have a language group for baby younger than a year old. The centre is really new. I don't think there are many kids at this moment. I guess I will try one class later when my son reaches his 8 mons (he is now 6 mons). Meanwhile, I look for private tutor to play with my son so that he can have early exposure to different language. I am still looking for a French tutor. If anyone knows anybody would be interested in playing with baby, please let me know.
