Depending on where you live, we sometimes take our babies to a country park. When he was younger, I took him on carrier. When he can walk, he enjoys walking around new places.
Have also done trips to Lantau or lamma island. It's fun to ride a ferry.
Beach is also fun though could be crowded on a nice weekend. If you are on hk side, Stanley is a good place for a day out as you can do beach, lunch, walk on broadwalk, shopping and even library.
