I am trying to cook for my 13 month old at the moment it is mainly veg and that is just boiled up and then mixed with a jar if anyone know any good recipes our websites with baby food it would be great thanks
If you can get your hands on the Annabel karmel's New Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner, this is a great cook book. My son loves everything cooked from this book. The recipes are really easy and very tasty.
I'm not going to be much help, because by that age we were just giving them whatever we ate. If we were having something spicy, we'd just cook a separate portion without the chilli. Sometimes I'd have to cut it up a fair bit for them (eg. steak). Otherwise, I'd try and get them on 'normal' food and consistencies as soon as possible. If you google 'baby food' or 'baby food recipes' you'll find quite a few things.
