Any families with 3yr olds in Kennedy Rd. Mid Levels West?

Hi All,

I saw a plave at Grandview Tower today, 128 - 130 Kennedy Rd and wanted to see if there are any english sopeaking families with toddlers? This place doesn't have a play area or pool, so want to make sure there are enough children for my little one to make friends with.
